Nile Tower Project

The Nile Tower is one of the most prominent and distinctive construction projects in the capital of coastal towers in Mazandaran, located in the beautiful area of ​​Naharkhoran Sorkhroud; an area that showcases a unique combination of nature, tranquility, and modern architecture in the heart of Iran’s northern coast.

Given the tower’s privileged location in the coastal and western areas, the building’s facade is directly exposed to strong winds, continuous rains, and climate changes in the region. Therefore, HASCO, by utilizing global standards in the field of modern facade materials and systems, has used the most advanced and durable structures in the design and implementation of the facade. In the main facade of the project, Akrol Series 143 lift and slide windows with double-glazed safety glass have been used. In addition to high resistance to wind and rain penetration, this combination also has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation performance and will increase the durability and comfort of the residents.

In the rear facade of the tower, Akrol Thermal Break aluminum window systems with TS77monorail system have been installed along with double-glazed safety glass. This model, with its precise design and modern technology, is not only resistant to temperature fluctuations and weather conditions, but also adds a special elegance and beauty to the overall form of the building.

In the project lobby – where luxurious design and engineering performance meet – all-glass Lamel Curtain Wall facades have been used along with safety laminated glass. This choice, while improving the level of safety and reducing the risk of breakage, has given the tower’s entrance space a modern, transparent and magnificent appearance.
